AudioPup provides AI-generated custom songs for pets. Users submit pet details, select a song tier, and receive a unique AI-generated song. Optional add-ons include AI-generated album cover art.
3. Orders and Payment
- All orders are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD.
- Payment is required before song generation begins.
- Songs are generated using AI and may vary in quality. Each song is unique and non-reproducible.
- You will have the opportunity to review and approve lyrics before music generation.
4. Refund Policy
- If your song fails to generate due to a technical error, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Refund requests for completed songs are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property
- You retain personal use rights to any song generated for you.
- AudioPup retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.
- You may share your song on social media and with friends and family.
- Commercial use of generated songs (e.g., selling, licensing) is not permitted without written consent.
6. User Content
- You are responsible for the information you provide (pet names, traits, photos).
- Do not submit content that is offensive, illegal, or violates the rights of others.
- We reserve the right to refuse or flag orders that violate our content policies.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Songs and album art are generated by AI systems (ElevenLabs and Google Gemini). While we strive for quality, AI output is inherently variable. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, vocal styles, or exact lyrical interpretations.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
AudioPup is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice.
